How and where we deliver · Last updated 9 September 2026

We deliver construction material across Hyderabad, within HMDA limits. This page explains where we deliver, how long it takes, what it costs, and what happens when the lorry arrives.

Every point below is also covered in our Terms & Conditions. If anything here is unclear for your specific site, ask us before ordering rather than after.

1. Where we deliver

We deliver across Hyderabad, within HMDA limits. That covers most of the city and the surrounding development areas.

If your site PIN code falls outside our service area, we will tell you before you place the order, not after. Nobody should discover a delivery problem on the day the concrete crew is standing around waiting.

Delivering somewhere further out? Ask. Larger loads can often be arranged beyond the usual area — it depends on the material and the quantity.

2. How long it takes

Delivery timelines given at quotation are honest estimates, not guarantees. Construction logistics in Hyderabad are affected by lorry-entry timing restrictions, weather, vehicle availability and site access.

What actually drives the timeline:

  • Stock items — cement, standard TMT sizes, aggregates and sand usually move fastest.
  • Indent items — specific tiles, sanitaryware or a particular brand and grade may need to come from the manufacturer or a partner godown.
  • Load size — a full lorry is often quicker to schedule than a part load, because a part load waits for a route that suits it.
  • City restrictions — heavy vehicles cannot enter parts of the city at all hours. This can shift a delivery to early morning or late evening.

When we confirm your order we will give you a realistic window and tell you if anything changes.

3. Delivery charges

Delivery is quoted per order, not by a fixed rate card. It depends on distance, load size, vehicle type and whether the site can be reached directly.

The charge is stated on your quotation before you commit. We do not add transport to the invoice afterwards as a surprise.

Where a lorry cannot reach the unloading point — a narrow approach, an incomplete access road, a basement level — additional handling may be needed. We will discuss that with you first, never bill it silently.

4. Receiving your delivery

This is the part worth reading properly, because it is where most disputes are avoided.

  • Somebody must be at the site to receive and check the material. Give us a contact number that will be answered on the day.
  • Unloading is arranged in advance. Tell us at quotation whether you need labour for unloading; a driver alone cannot unload 200 cement bags.
  • Check the material before signing. Count the bags, look at the bundles, check the grade markings on TMT.
  • Note any shortage or visible damage on the delivery document at the time, and tell us the same day. This is what allows us to replace or credit it quickly.
  • Site access is your responsibility. If the approach is not passable for a loaded lorry, tell us beforehand so we can send a suitable vehicle.

Once material is unloaded and signed for without a note, it becomes very difficult to establish what arrived in what condition — for either of us.

5. Cement, sand and aggregates

Bulk material needs a little planning that packaged goods do not:

  • Cement must be stored dry and off the ground. It absorbs moisture from a bare floor and goes hard. Have a covered, raised area ready.
  • Order cement close to when you need it. It does not improve with storage.
  • Sand and aggregate need a designated spot that will not block the site or the road when tipped.
  • RMC is scheduled, not stocked. Ready-mix must be booked for a slot and poured on arrival, so the site has to be ready before the truck leaves.
