SR Supply and Services supplies construction material — cement, TMT steel, aggregates, bricks and blocks, tiles, sanitaryware, plumbing, electrical goods, hardware and doors — to builders, contractors and individual customers, primarily in and around Hyderabad.

This website is a catalogue and quotation tool. Adding items to a basket and submitting a request starts a conversation about supply; it is not, by itself, a completed sale.

• You log in with your mobile number and a one-time password. There is no password to remember, and none to leak.
• Keep control of your mobile number and your device. Anyone who can read your SMS can sign in as you.
• Do not create an account using a mobile number that is not yours.
• Tell us immediately if you believe someone else has accessed your account, so we can revoke the session.
• You are responsible for the accuracy of the business name and GSTIN you give us. We raise invoices against what you provide.

• Where a manufacturer’s catalogue or MRP list is linked, that is the manufacturer’s published price, not necessarily ours. Call us for our rate.
• Product ranges shown are indicative. Manufacturers add, change and discontinue items without notice to us.
• Stock availability changes daily. A product appearing on this website is not a guarantee that it is in stock.
• A written quotation from us is valid for the period stated on that quotation. If no period is stated, treat it as valid for the day it was issued.
• Prices are exclusive of GST unless expressly stated otherwise. GST is charged at the rate applicable on the date of invoice.

• Submitting a quote request through this website is a request, not an order. It does not oblige either of us to anything.
• An order exists only once we have confirmed it to you and agreed the quantity, rate and delivery schedule.
• We may decline an order — for example where material is unavailable, where the delivery location is outside our service area, or where a listed price was obviously wrong.
• Where a price has been listed in clear error, we will tell you before proceeding rather than supply at that price or silently cancel.

• We deliver within our service area around Hyderabad. If your PIN code is outside it, we will tell you before you place an order rather than after.
• Delivery timelines given at quotation are estimates in good faith. Construction logistics are affected by traffic restrictions, weather, vehicle availability and site access.
• Someone must be present at the delivery address to receive and check the material. Please give a contact number that will be answered.
• Site access is your responsibility. Where a vehicle cannot reach the unloading point, additional charges may apply and will be discussed with you first.
• Check the material at the time of delivery. Shortages or visible damage must be raised at that time, noted on the delivery document, and reported to us the same day.

• Payment terms are agreed per order and stated on the quotation or invoice.
• Credit terms, where offered, are extended at our discretion following verification, and may be varied or withdrawn.
• Title to the material passes to you only on full payment. Risk passes on delivery.

Construction material is bulk goods. What can be taken back depends on the material and its condition:

• Damage or shortage on delivery — raise it at the time of delivery, note it on the delivery document, and tell us the same day. We will replace or credit it.
• Wrong item supplied — our error, our cost. Tell us and we will collect and replace it.
• Manufacturing defect — handled under the manufacturer’s warranty. We will help you pursue the claim with the manufacturer.
• Change of mind — discuss it with us before the material is dispatched. Once cement, aggregates or sand have been unloaded at site, they cannot be taken back.

Material that has been used, mixed, cut, installed or stored in a way that has damaged it cannot be returned.

Products carry the warranty offered by their manufacturer. We are a supplier, not the manufacturer, and we pass those warranties through to you unchanged. We do not add to them or reduce them.

We will help you raise a warranty claim with the manufacturer, but the manufacturer decides the outcome.

We are responsible for supplying material that matches what was agreed. We are not responsible for how it is used, stored, or installed once delivered, nor for design or structural decisions taken on your project.

Our liability in relation to any order is limited to the value of that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including project delay costs or loss of profit.

Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

Product photographs, brand names and logos belong to their respective manufacturers and are shown to identify the products we supply. Brochures and catalogues linked from this website are the property of those manufacturers.

The layout, text and design of this website belong to SR Supply and Services. Please do not copy them.

Colours and finishes shown on screen are indicative. Tiles, sanitaryware and paint in particular can differ between screen and reality, and between production batches. Ask to see a physical sample before committing to a large quantity.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts at Hyderabad, Telangana have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
